RETURNS

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on our items or gift vouchers if you change your mind.

PERSONALISED LETTERING

If you have made a mistake on your personalised name or message & need to change something, please email us within 2 hours of finalising your purchase. 

Please include your order number & provide clear instructions of your changes.


DAMAGED ITEMS

We quality check all of our items carefully before sending them to you but we do understand sometimes shipping can be hard on our parcels.

Please inspect your purchased items upon receiving and notify us within 7 days.

If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo of your items in their packaging showing the damage & let us know straight away.

If your order was a gift, please let us know within 7 days from the date your item was delivered.  We will assess your return & advise you of an outcome.  Unfortunately, we will not be able to assist with your return outside of the 7 day policy.

What we need - 

  • Please email your return inquiry with photos or videos to - kyaandkai@outlook.com.
If your return is accepted -
  • Please post the damaged item back to us at - PO Box XXXX, Berwick, Victoria 3806
  • A store credit will be issued depending on your return requirements & will include the postage cost for returning the item


    WAX MELTS

    Our wax melts are made with 100% natural ingredients.

    We are big on quality control so all items will leave our studio in tact, however it is completely normal for them to appear to have imperfections or in some cases, crack or even slightly break away when you handle or use them.

    Please note our wax melts are also heat sensitive so if left in or near heat for too long, they may start to melt & therefore lose their shape.

    Please keep this in mind as returns are not accepted on wax melts.
